An assistance animal (SVAN) is a dog trained to ensure the well-being and safety of people with special needs (such as blindness, deafness, reduced mobility) or even search and rescue dogs.
Yes. Passengers with special needs may make their request here up to 48 hours before departure. Special assistance will be provided at the airport right up to boarding upon request at the Special Assistance desk. Find out more here.
